If your veterinary hospital is among the many that accept Trupanion Vet Direct Pay, all you need to do is tell your hospital that you have Trupanion coverage, and they’ll be able to submit your invoice right then and there, with processing and payment often taking just seconds.
Going to a hospital not set up for Vet Direct Pay? No problem! You can also file online through your account or submit manually by downloading a claim form. Learn more about filing claims with Trupanion.
You can download a claim form online, or you can contact one of our pet-loving Customer Care Representatives at 888.733.2685 and we will mail, email, or fax one to you.
We will send you a check in the mail. You also have the option to receive your claims payment directly into a checking or savings account via direct deposit. You can set this up by calling 888.733.2685.
There are many different ways to pay for your Trupanion membership costs. You can pay by debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or set up monthly bank account withdrawals and your premium will automatically be charged each month.
